They owed me a refund since I returned the car earlier. They said it will be refunded automatically. Later I received an email saying that the refund cannot be completed (from their payment processor) and nothing more. Tried to call their customer service but it’s all automated. Had to go to their website and complain. Received a message with a link asking me to complete bank details. I entered the info and it says it’s wrong. No idea what’s wrong. I gave up. Will not use Yelo in the future.
